I believe the area mgr on Maui is Rod Iasuda. I guess things are not looking to hot over there. They have over 50 recalls that they cannot rent and we're heading into xmas time. Why do people work for this company again?

I'm on my way out the door asap and if anyone has any recommendations to leave the largest impact on the way out please please let me know. I am so disgusted with this company it makes me sick. I have never seen such a blatent disregard for peoples well being in my entire life.
Bychance, would you know this person's name? So I know not to believe whatever comes out of his/her mouth?

It is so funny when people get offended by reading this stuff. When I first heard of this sight I checked it out and but was so brainwashed that I thought it was all bs. I don't think I would have gone to the site though if deep down inside I hated my job. Sounds to me like dropping a name on here struck a chord with somebody? Could this be somebody in denial too?

I've never worked so hard and got absolutely nothing in return. No pay, no praise.. Maybe a free lunch every month with some egomaniac. These guys go out of their way to be cheap on every little thing. I take pride in the fact that I've never recruited anyone here because I'd be ruining their life. They don't give a fuck about you, they just want to keep costs down so they will make a few extra bucks. The GM here is notorious througout corporate as being the cheapest son of a bitch in the company.. Wayne Tanaka is his name and he and his crew are making so much fucking money that they can't even comprehend what it's like to make less than 2g's a month as a manager! FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!
Who was this guy? Anyone know?

Who played the passive femme role? Not knowing you, I'm still going to say it must be Miss Iasuda.

I am Soooo glad to never work for this fucking company ever again!! My days of working 50-60 hrs a week for slave wages for a manager that doesnt give a shit about anything but his/her next step up the ERAC "ladder of success" are over. I am glad to never have to lie to someone about the location of a car or why the inside is dirty or the gas level is on Empty(how fucking pathetic is that) ...and by the way how fucking hard is it to clean a car and fill the tank. Apparently its next to impossible for group 36. Never in my life has a job told me to flat out lie to people with a smile on my face, but ERAC did. They told me that "people want to pay more" and "They need the insurance" when in actuality it was all a lie. Unfortunatley I have had to rent from ERAC where i am currently living on the mainland and it was exactly the same here. "We dont have the car we promised you....but if you come back later we will have something". Meaning i'll get a fucking minivan when all i need is a compact car to get around the city with for the weekend. So in conclusion....FUCK YOU ERAC!!!!! I did meet some cool people while I worked there, and i will remember them as such....but for the rest of you....see you in hell!

What exactly do you mean by the ERAC "ladder of success"? Is getting moved up to the next opening of AM, BM, or ARM solely due to someone either resigning or being terminated considered a success? I know full well it can't be based upon financial compensation.
