| Hello All, We haven't seen much traffic from this Group, and we haven't yet created a separate forum for this Group either. So, what's going on in this group? | You probably won't hear too much from this group. Everyone is afraid of their own shadow due to micro-managers and the small size of the group. Anyone posting on here is probably risking their jobs. I usually like to read stuff on here but don't like to post. It would be too easy to identify the people who don't like to working here. The last few employees who have complained opened were asked to leave due to "poor performance", eventhough there were plenty other with worse performance that are still there and have been promoted to ARM. |

| There must be tons of people in group 36 who hate their jobs and are sick of the bullshit. I mean for christ's sake, they pay their poor mt's $27,500 a year based on a 51 hour work week. The average home in Hawaii just hit 1 million dollars and you can't even find a fucking apartment for under a G! A gallon of milk costs you 7 bucks and gas if almost $4 a gallon. When you are paid $750 every two weeks, you are left with a few hundred to live an entire month off of. Give me a fucking break Mr. Tanaka! Lets talk core values.... Take care of you people and profits will follow... Whatever! What, you take you're people out to eat and you think thats enough? Of course we're happy... we're fucking starving here! |

| group 36 was given an award from the better business bureau for business ethics here in hawaii. how the fuck is this possible? they were also honored by hawaii business magazine as one of the "best places to work in hawaii." this is an absolute crock of shit! i guarantee i work longer hours than any of my friends and make substantially less money. our working conditions are pretty fucking bad too. we make far less than other states yet we have the highest cost of living in the u.s. i'm on my way out and want to bring as many people with me. any suggestions? |

| Of course it is. They pay ridiculously low wages and expect exemplary performance. So many people that work or ERAC in Hawaii have to have two jobs to make ends meet. Or they just live at home with their parents, neither of which should be acceptable to a person over 22 years old with a college degree. The Christmas parties suck, they conscript you into contributing to the United Way (whose employees make more than ERAC) and the picnics are always lame. Cheap Ass is the best adjective to describe ERAC Hawaii. Oh, then there are the incompitent fellow employees you have to deal with. I swear ERAC Hawaii will hire anyone. These are the reasons I quit that company |
