Hawaii ERAC Christmas party

Are people quitting out there specifically because of him? That would be typical.

you guys are all slaves of wayne tanaka. i quit that shitty company a couple months ago and my life is 100% better. i did two years there and finally woke up that erac hawaii is probably the worse place to work in the islands. jb is a fuckhead from texas and wayne is a cheap motherfucker. our christmas parties were lame as shit. two drink minimum and some crappy golf bag gift? give me a break! do yourselves a favor and see what else is out there. erac hawaii blows!

Todd Wheeler is a fag just like the rest of ERAC. Do people really think that they can get promoted above area manager here in Hawaii? They import penis heads like JB and even Tanaka from the mainland. Do you really think they would take somebody from here? They don't give a crap about you. They want you to quit so they can pay the next guy less than you.

Merry Christmas from erac.. losers!!! Last year here in Hawaii I went back to the mainland right before xmas for a week to see my family. Ticket $700. Rent while away $1000. xmas gifts $800. paycheck for 2 weeks upon return to hawaii $500. Oh yeah, and i worked 14 hour days xmas eve, xmas, new years eve, and new years day. The xmas party sucked a fatty. Everybody is wearing expensive clothes trying to look like players when they make nothing and have more stress than they deserve. You get a crappy gift from the company when all you really want is enough money to buy groceries. Is this really a $9 Billion a year company? Remember one thing, "take care of you customers and your people and profits will follow!" What a joke! Oh yeah one more thing.. I heard that the managers aren't getting commission checks for a month and a half this month. Smart to do that to your people when they desperately need money this time of year. Is this shade of green the same color as the grench? I think so...

Serrao is an import but she is also a class act and is looked up to by many people here. She is one of the bright spots we have in 36.

Wayne Tanaka wasn't "imported", he started ERAC Hawaii. Bottom line is ERAC needs to import high caliber talent because let's face it, the pickings are slim in group 36. All the good people quit and get better, higher paying jobs somewhere else, or transfer to a higher paying group.

Wayne Tanaka is a cheap bastard. The managers do get commission in group 36 but they really don't make jack. When I got promoted I actually made less than the mt's and my branch was charged 3g's because we lost an employee. Julie Serrao is probably the only person in group 36 who is worth a damn. JB and Wayne could give two shits about their employees.

Todd Wheeler expects you to treat him like a king! I remember he told an employee to come over here, but that employee was on the phone speaking to someone at admin. Todd then amped at that person saying how they have the audacity to not give him priority.

I am not impressed with his professionalism as an Area Manager. All I hear from him are lies just to make him look good and more money!
