I am not impressed with his professionalism as an Area Manager. All I hear from him are lies just to make him look good and more money!

a good uppercut will solve that and modify that type of demeanor.....no need to worry about being terminated since an mt was recently physically assaulted by an area mgr. and all he got was a slap on the wrist.

here are some hints.....the area managers name rhymes with mad and the mts name rhymes with mason.....if only mason was smart enough, its still not too late to make a few extra coins since admin. handled the situation with gross incompetence. what exactly is the erac policy of workplace violence??? although this particular situation occurred outside of the workplace, the evening started with a work related gathering, therefore it still constitutes a workplace violence type of case.

I used to work for ERAC over on Maui but it sounds like Oahu is just ast fucked up. I remember going to those boring ass training sessions and seeing these idiots kissing wayne and dee's asses.. oh god... what a bunch of dorks. the last session i went to i knew i had gotten another job but wanted to get my commission for the month.. i sat there and zoned out for 11 hours while dee rambled on like a broken record. i don't think my new employer would subject their people to anything like that! group 36 sucks!

you know how the "midget syndrome" combined with some alcohol can make even the timid feel brave, lol. dont know who bo is, but since she is an erac employee, ill go out on a wing and just say yes. come on, its very rare that erac employees can get a piece of ass outside of the erac community unless they have succeeded to completely fool some babe that they are making the usual $100k per year.....but it will only last so long when the babe observes how frickin' cheap they are and figures everything out or some naive to the world wench that wouldnt know the difference between a rib eye and a hamburger steak.
