I've been doing pretty shitty since I've started. Hopefully I won't get picked to go to the airport!

They call it the Best Person Program....let me tell you what my friends have told happens when you go there. You have to stand at the counter for 10hrs and write up tickets OR stand outside for 10hrs and check in cars OR you will have Call Back Phone Duty and do callbacks for 10hrs.

That sounds like the BEST SUCKA PROGRAM to me :/

Wow, sounds like fun! Now how is that like learning how to run your own business? It just seems like doing counterwork at a fast food except we deliver the food to your table.

Rod Iasuda used to tell us that they would only accept the best of the best at 14. What makes that branch so damn special? Other than the fact that you have to work around things such as no water for washing your cars and a terrible working environment, why would you want to work here? ERAC Hawaii is a mess and I can't understand why anyone would keep working there. Pay is absolutely terrible, most managers get promoted as a last resort, and the hours are by far the worst in the state. The company must be desperate to hire because they are always sending crap to my Monster account.

No water at airport location?

Well 14 now has lots of car preps that do strictly washing and drying. Thank goodness for lower class folks!

I heard that over on Maui they have car preps that jump the fence and sleep in the cars.
