HAWAII ERAC IS A JOKE!!!

The reason why ERAC provides good customer service is because of damn ESQI! If it wasn't for ESQI, ERAC employees wouldn't give a shit about treating their customer well! Branch managers wouldn't have to worry about satisfying customers. There would be no damn book about customer service!! Can't believe top people like Warren Buffet gave good comments to Enterprise! If only they knew what really goes down away from looking at it from a corporate level, but down into the retail side!

Also, ask him about why they called him "the black hand." Ask him about taking a female employee to Hooters while he was working in FL. What a jackass!!!

My first thought was that you must be Todd. My next thought involved the realization that Todd is not smart enough to be able to figure out how to use this website. Having said that, wives of area managers should not be on this site pretending to be employees.

my wife made me quit enterprise. she was willing to support me financially until i found a new job here in hawaii. the company was one lie after another and i thank god that i got out and found something better. yes it is 100% true that they do charge the branch $3000 when and employee quits. a while ago a friend of mine had to rent a car through erac so i went in with him... now i know what nam flashbacks must feel like! ok, maybe not quite that bad but i could see how stressed the employees were and i know what they are being paid. erac hawaii truely is a failing enterprise! toddy wheeler is an idiot too!

I've met Brad, Tom Eison, Thomas Tang, and Todd. Haven't met Gaelynn.

Brad seemed alright, Tom sounds like a wuss who's unsure of things, Thomas sounds like he knows what he's talking about, Todd's accent is so heavy, its almost uncomprehensible. Not to mention, he's such a jackass.

There was a point where he asked this asian female girl if she had a boyfriend, and she snapped back at him saying how this should not concern him as it is her personal life. She probably gets it all the time because she's the only decent looking girl at 14.

I also heard some stuff that the only reason why she has high stats is that many of her full packs, customer weren't aware of the charges, thus it gets 0531. Yet she still keeps the pac sales!

For that stuff to travel to Area 1, its gotta be hot $hit gossip!

Has anyone been to a training session with Dee? Ahh fuck.. What a waste of time. Over ten hours in a training room and a shitty meal across the street! I remember sitting there smiling and daydreaming the whole time about my final days at erac. God that company sucks!

At least during those "training sessions" we don't have to work on the battlefield. We just have to be bored to death. I felt the same way with you. I am soon about to submit my 2 weeks notice. I felt so strange seeing majority of the trainees all excited about the training sessions. Damn kool-aiders! They're all poisoned to the core! I can only trust 2 people here at ERAC about my true intentions to leave.
