Its really hard to lie to a customer in upselling, selling them coverage which they really don't need, and providing great customer service at the same time.

We already are ripping them off! I guess the least we can do is treat them nicer than other rental car companies do.

I remember when the customers used to return they would always claim that they didn't accept the insurance. Somehow my manager always got them to initial the boxes on the right so they would be charged for it and hopefully not notice. It was always our BM's contracts too! I also remember the assistant manager used to try to be really helpful and complete our contracts for us. Little did we know he was stealing our sales! Finally I got wise and started keeping track when I was trying to grill. I caught his ass red handed and called him out in front of the whole office. What a fag! I was trying to grill and here he was sabotaging me! Hawaii ERAC breads this type of behavior to make an extra buck or should I say $16.99 a day.. Employees are so desperate to advance or make a little more money that they are forced to be dishonest. I love how we were taught to slide in the PAI insurance without telling people. Am I going to go to hell for that? Todd Wheeler is a real piece of work huh? You would think corporate would read this shit and really see what the deal is.. All I can say is quit ERAC before you are burned!

Did anybody used to break the rules at ERAC Hawaii? We used to take bogus marketing lunches but really just buy food for ourselves. Some of us used to even take cars home after work! I personally did this almost every day I worked for about 5 months! No I was not a BM! I just wanted to have a free car and gas on ERAC to make up for the shit pay!

HONOLULU -- Federal officials said they netted 43 illegal aliens in an immigration raid on O`ahu.

U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement Officers executed search warrants over the weekend at the Oasis Apartments complex in Waipahu.

Agents said the aliens were employed by a company called The Farms which does agricultural work. The 43 men were all citizens of Mexico.

Special Agent Wayne Wills said the investigation is on-going as officials try to determine if the illegal aliens provided fraudulent identification for employment.

Immigration removal proceedings have been initiated against the men.
