So that's how he became Area Manager so fast. So much for hard work, its all by luck!!

Yeah, more like 150 units! We watched all those branches down in the panhandle grow in size after Hurricane Ivan.

i recommend that you folks conduct some serious due diligence and after doing so, you will find out that nobody is making 7 figures in hawaii and all the hype of branch and area mgrs. making bucks....lol.......you folks better get acquainted with reality in what they are actually making. if they were making the big bucks like everyone seems to think due to so much deception, why do they all live such a poor quality of life in relation to their percieved income, lol!!!!

i don't think there is a single person working for erac on maui that even owns their home. is this the same on oahu? my area manager guarenteed me that i would be making at least 40k/year as an assistant manager after 2 years. yeah right! yeah, i bailed!!!

oahu is the same way....you can count actual homeowners on one hand. i find it very suspicious for a bunch of mofos that like to talk like they are making big bucks, lol.....when in reality, they are livin' check to check....$40k, $50k, $60k.....break down the hours worked and see what you are really earning.....and that is only if you are really grossing $40k, $50k, $60k....

yah, the $30K for MTs are only if you take into consideration that you make top performer and you refer car sales and employees. Plus why would i work around 55 hours just to make that much!?

I'd rather work a typical 40 hours week and make exactly $30K+
