One thing I noticed is that ESQI has a great deal to do with office morale. When your people are working like animals and getting nothing in return the morale is going to go down the drain eventually. When you see idiots like JB at the top making all the money for your hard work, morale drops even further. When you see that he obviously doesn't give a damn about you, you wonder why you are even there. That goes for you too Tanaka. You guys cut so many costs that this job really isn't even worth having. Go ahead and point the blame Wayne! Hopefully that will buy you a little bit more time.
