Why are you guys still in ERAC? Life as an MT sucks! People show no respect for you! You may feel like you're a management trainee, but to other people you're just a rental agent who has a 4 year college degree. So many customer have asked me if I am still in college. I used to inform them proudly, nope I graduated and I'm proud to work here in hopes of achieving a future. A lot of them looked at me like, okay kid dream on!. Well, I realized what they meant. So when customers ask me how is it, I just tell them its a JOB, just a JOB. No future career for me. I have to make use of my degree elsewhere. I can understand if there are people with a shit-hole degree like Psychology who just got it to get out of college. Okay, so you're out of college, going to get a PhD just to be a psychologist? Give me a break! The worst I see are people who have a master's degree or is trying to obtain one and still try apply for this job or continue working here. Geez, you spent around 20K for graduate school and yet to come back to ERAC which doesn't even require masters degree! The Enterprise difference is a load of shit. The only difference from us to the rest of the rental car companies is that we provide customer service (more like bending over to all customers' whims). It's because Enterprise mandates customer service as a way to promote success. We have to do all these "professional" acts to show customer or professionalism as well as our good customer service. Believe me, if it wasn't for ESQi, would you ERACers seriously give a shit about customers? With that said, I'm quitting tomorrow! Expect an email sent to group 36 regarding my resignation! |
