erac policy on workplace violence????? what exactly is the written policy and procedures in handling workplace violence issues within erac? does erac even have an mop on workplace violence in place in black and white? take for example the case in which an area manager physically assaults an mt on an area get outing and only gets a slap on the wrists. who the hell is the corporation counsel for group 36? then again, tanaka is so thrifty that 36 more than likely doesnt even have a corporation counsel on staff for legal matters. im guessing 36 seeks advice for free from "ask a lawyer", lol. for those of you that are unfamiliar, although the incident did not take place on erac property, it is still considered a workplace violence case being that the area outing is an extension of the workplace and it involved erac employees of various postions. there are necessary and madatory steps for administration to take in a corporate environment to protect the victim in situations like this and the failure to do so is and will be considered gross negligience in a litigious venue.....but then again, it simply verifies the total incompetency of the "big earning" administrators in group 36. how i wish i was the mt in this particular situation. oh yeah, before you ask once again who the players are, the mts first name rhymes with mason and the area managers first name rhymes with rad. mraloha |
