erac policy on workplace violence????? is there actually an mop in place for workplace violence within erac? take for example the specific case in 36 of the area manager who physically assaulted the mt on an area outing and he only received a slap on the wrists from admin. there is either no mop in place or admin in 36 is just completely incompetent for the way this matter was handled. if you are not familiar, since the area outing was work related involving various positions of erac employees, it is still classified as a workplace violence matter although it did not occur on the clock or on erac property. very similar if you are on an area outing in which alcohol is consumed and you are involved in a motor vehicle accident which injures yourself or others.....guess who now becomes a percentage liable in this scenario? erac of course because not only was it a work related gathering, but more than likely a certain amount of monies was alloted for each individual present to take care of food and beverage expenses. who the hell is the corporation counsel for 36 to allow admin. to do this? let me guess, tanaka is so frickin' cheap that there really is no corporation counsel on hand to confer with, tanaka utilizes the free "ask a lawyer" service, lol. unless the necessary and mandatory actions are implemented, i can clearly see a big payday in the future for the mt whose first name rhymes with mason. oh yeah, before you ask once again, the area managers name rhymes with rad. stay tuned for chapter two titled, "retaliation". mraloha |
