He never did look like he enjoyed working at ERAC even though he supposedly made over $100K!!!!!!!!!!!

deceptions, deceptions, deceptions......these are the exact type of statements, "he supposedly made over $100k" that give all these people false hope with erac. you really think an individual without a spinal cord like tom actually made anything close to $100k living like he did. a $100k a year plus the additional income of his spouse would definitely be adequate income to live a better quality of life than the frickin' shoe box they lived in on the windward side, lol. what is sad, is other area mgrs. in 36 know full well that tom wasnt making even close to $100k annually, but they all keep their mouths shut all in the effort to make others believe and assume it is true just so they can instill a bit of hope to the gullible. it is more than likely much more accurate to say that the combined income of he and his wife together is closer to $100k annually.

For your info mralaho, my wife makes more than you do I am sure of it and yes I did make 102,000 last year. And the reason we live in a shoebox is because my father built it with his bare hands 43 years ago and died on the day it was completed and I vowed to live there until I move from the mainland. i think we should congratulate tommy boy on his decision to quit. god, i still remember when i left erac. probably the most liberating day of my life! when i used to work over on maui everyone was under the assumption that the area manager, rod iasuda, made tons of money. when i got promoted he told me i'd be getting a substantial pay increase. i actually started making less than the mt's. this company is a scam and if you work for group 36 i feel sorry for you. if you have friends that still work there the best thing you can do is help them find another job. by the way, what are you doing now mr aloha?

I personally never worked for the guy, but I know that feeling around the area I work in is that Tom was in over his head. I heard he used to run his branches unethically and teach his people to do the same thing just to get his numbers up. That kind of business sense will only catch up and burn you no matter if you work for ERAC or anywhere else. Thank god I never worked for him

I heard from a friend who knew him from someone else said he quit because there was just too much stress.
