36 doesn't seem to be as bad as mainland counterparts

I keep reading branch managers purposely change workbrain to save on OT pay in the mainland, female MTs rise quickly because all they need to do give spread their legs or open their mouths wider, enterprise managers are required to sell the dream of making millions when they personally aren't making the real millions, and the social outings are like required or else you are ostracized from them, never get to eat lunch or have to eat lunch on the run so no breaks.

So far, after working here, I don't believe I had any assistant or BM change my work brain clocks, don't think a lot females would do this stuff here because the islands are so small, shit spreads very fast. However, I have heard a few. Yes, I constantly hear managerial level employees keep feeding us the kool-aid of making money yada yada yada. No, there aren't social outings like every night where everyone drinks like crazy and I hardly if ever go to any outings, but they still treat me the same. I've gotten most of my lunches, there were times when I didn't get a lunch, but was still paid.

The only downside is the pay is still shitty and the hours are still the same.

Nonetheless, ERAC is gay and majority of workers seems so brainwashed into helping customers and hoping to make those millions that Wayne makes! I say good luck! Guarantee a lot of them won't make it to Area manager! Hell, no manager in Hawaii is qualified to be an Area manager as of right now!

My assistant manager at 3622 used to change our time sheets and give us less hours. He also used to be a nice guy and complete our contracts for us after we'd get a sale on some good ol' insurance. He would even put them under his name to boost his stats! These are the kinds of people who make it at erac. This guy is one of the BM's at the Maui airport now. What a great role model huh?

Hawaii 36 should stage a one day "blue flu". Coordinate it between the islands and see what happens.

taking money out of your pocket.....now that deserves a nice crack to the jaw after hours. sipping on a liquid diet with a broken jaw will be instant behaviour modification.

I work for enterprise rent a truck in sacramento california and my branch manager told me she wont make me full time cuz its cheaper to hire another full time person so they dont have to pay me benefits and thats realy fucked up. a bout 3 weeks later i find a weed pipe in her truck (wich we all drive for work purposes and if i were to be pulled over and they find that she wouldnt stick up for me and say it was hers)

i cant live on only main 7 grand a year while she doesnt even have to pay for her own gas in her vehicle. i fill up 2 times a week to get to work thats my entire check.

they can dust for fingerprints. I hope you haven't touched it! Goes to show you that Enterprise hires great employees! They need more random drug testing...but then again, if that happens, ALOT of initial MTs and everyone would be fired! lol
