Hey guys,

I work in UK99 and i am pretty upset on the whole that this site is childish and very pathetic, i would like this site to be used as a genuine attempt to try and cut the bad apples out of a very good company.

The only people that seem to have a problem with ERAC are the unemployed losers who got fired and are looking for someone else too blame, it was your fault you got fired you fucking losers.

like most, if one is not born with a silver spoon in our mouth, we must get out there and make a living. unfortunately, coming fresh out of college with not much work experience and only diploma in hand does not give one too many options......erac was and is there with an open door. it only takes time to realize the reality of the situation and that situation is pathetic when you break things down and analyze the situation for what it really is.......for some, it works well......for others, moving on is the best thing for them. it appears you are completely satisfied with the erac culture and what it offers you......hats off to you and much success in the erac world of make believe, lol!!!!! along with all the salary and bullshit deception in making the new believe others are earning the big bucks.....remember orlando with the buzz and hype going through the air that either u2 or areosmith would be playing......only to be let down when reality hit and earth, wind, and fire appeared on stage......its all consistent to the false hype of everything else associated with the erac culture. when you see your paystub and calculate the amount of hours you work, you will know reality when you look yourself in the mirror every morning when you are brushing your teeth.....but then again, its all relevent to your upbringing prior to coming aboard.....it may be a good thing for you just like for the individual that really doesnt know the difference between hamburger steak at zippys or a bone-in ribeye at ruth chris.....its all relevent.
