Well, if you look at all the ARMs and GRMs they would be the nicest and funniest to me. If they weren't I would have never promoted them, especially the ones who are from the mainland like me.

in admin....serrao is genuine, sincere, and good people. as for the troopers, they all eventually lose their humor and being nice from being overworked and underpaid......they all eventually regain their humor and being nice attitude when they attend their after work gatherings and the booze starts to flow, lmao!!!!!!

when you reach management level, you are FORCED to sell the dream!! I read in a post about an ex ERACer who befriend an area manager. the ARM told him that its part of the job to instill the dream of making 6 figures, instead they made much less!!

The best "sales" people in ERAC are not the ones who push DUB. It really is in recruiting. Getting a new MT is worth thousands in DUB sales.
