I admit, I think Rod is hot, but he is such an egotistical fuckface. He is so in the closet. He was totally eye fucking me at a training session he facilitated and I attended. I heard Todd had a meeting with the employees about the letter and about the GRM's dismissal! He told them that don't worry about them because they have good severance pay and it should set them for about 3 years. And that they knew they were gonna get fired. I'm assuming Todd is puking propaganda out of his ass when he told them this. Any truth to their dismissal and how they handled it? Did Wayne not want to give Julie her retirement?

Someone about Wayne should fire his ass!

Todd is a waste of flesh. And for all of you who are looking to put your MBA to good use (haha), there are other car rental companies out there who are hiring right now, and they actually are honest enough to call you what you are - a RENTAL SALES AGENT. However, the pay is better than your BM makes now (better than your ARM if you can sell coverage, upgrades, Navigation Systems, and Prepaid fuel). They are even hiring managers if you don't want to start all over again. Plus, you only have to work 40 hrs. a week.

If ya'll think about it, she never used her position as an Area Manager to pull down the panties of some gullible newly hired MT of the female gender and this alone is quite unusual since the only ass an Area Manager can get is that of a subordinate.
