I'm surprised there are still some eracers who have no idea this site exists. If only they knew and read up all the dirt! Their dreams of making big commission checks will be crushed!

You don't need this site to seek the truth. We live on an island my friend. We all have relatives or friends working in real estate, banking, or for government agencies. Give them the name of all these self-proclaimed Monopoly money earners and you will be able to determine and verify if they own any real estate here in Hawaii and how much is deposited into their bank accounts on scheduled paydays, etc.. It is very suspicious how poorly the self-proclaimed ERAC WEALTHY live here in Hawaii. They love to talk about the "Big Picture" and dangle a carrot in front of your face by talking about how much money they make yet they live such a poor quality of life here in Hawaii for individuals who claim to earn so much. If I was so open about talking about how much money I was making, I would have no problem showing the original copy of my W-2 statement for all to see as solid proof. As a matter of fact, it would definitely help retention among the dreamers.

Precisely! Go to any county assessor page and find out who owns real estate.
