Default If you worked more than 1 year and still MT, you should leave!

Wasting time! Because they love to keep you as an MT who put so much years into service, but you still will be paid less regardless or experience! I just saw an anniversary email for Steven King. He's been there for 3 years and that guy is still an MT?!

Don't let the "big picture" fool you. Every company needs good worker bees that have no intent of going anywhere. Even a company like ERAC appreciates the value of a hard worker with no ambition other than to make their $8/hr. This group doesn't grow fast enough to have as many BMs as they claim to want unless you want to move to the neighbor island.

Where else can you grow? Make one in North Shore? Make one in Hawaii Kai? Oahu has already reached its peak.

ERAC Papakulea, ERAC Waimanalo, ERAC Waianae, ERAC Palolo, ERAC Paia, ERAC Molokai, ERAC Kahoolawe. Plenty of opportunity for those who thrive it. Just gotta work hard, get those mythic 4 core areas high enough, and get rid of your gag reflex while kneeling in front of the great Tanaka and you're all set. Back that truck up and watch those millions start coming in.

I didn't know who he was, but I checked up his employee name and it popped up. I forgot which branch he works at.

NO! With all the alcohol consumption they promote, would they really demote someone for that?
