Default Enterprise is not one of the "Best Places to Work"

Check out Best Places to Work in Hawaii and look and how they conduct the report. Based on employee surverys!

These brainwashed employees don't really know what a REAL job is! Majority of employees are stinkin' ol Rental Sales Agents! Except we think we are respected business professionals with the title Management Trainee! Countless real professionals who come in to get a car due to accidents or such, look at the sign saying "Best Places to Work" and they are literally surprised! I remember in the beginning I would defend it, but I realized they should be surprised. I mean, look at what we do! Slave ourselves for meager money! Forced to lie to customers (aren't we supposed to treat customers good?) yet deceive them into thinking we are still exceeding their customer expectations.

What the MT program should be called is the E-Chimp Training Program.

I filled one of those things out as an assistant manager and gave them the worst scores possible. I even had my MT's fill them out and they tore ERAC apart. I'm not sure whose dick Dee is slobbing on to get ERAC on that list, but something is going on. Quite honestly, I am shocked that you idiots who are still working there allowed for this to happen!

lol, its obvious that these forms are staged! Infact, I experienced an intern who wanted to argue with me if ERAC is that bad, how did they win all these awards from Hawaii Business, Honolulu Advertiser, BBB having best business ethics!

It's all the big heads in admin who conceal the real truth to the public. A company with this much turnover cannot be one of the best places to work. They should factor in the turnover ratio! If that were to happen, Enterprise wouldn't be on the list at all!

I wrote a letter to that magazine and told them what a crock that was. You guys should do the same.
