You you guys are gonna to mortgage sales? My friend is mortgage sales agent at Country Wide Home Loans. After working at ERAC, I can honestly say, I never got any experience that may be credible to my field of interest. Except perhaps multitasking like a mofo. Answering phones, helping customer in the front, trying to remember we have pickups at here and here.

If people are good at sales, they should get into other sales professions. It's more respected and you can set your own schedule

Other sales jobs pay waaaay more than Erac! Get out as soon as you can!
