I heard everyone on Oahu is applying at Beneficial. Area 1 is about to lose a lot of workers. Too bad for that new area manager, bad timing.

I agree with the last post. This is a job seekers market and mix that in with a few ex-employees in management and and a former erac-recruiter turned professional headhunter and the formula is set for disaster. ERAC will survive the storm however because a mass exit like this has happened before.

yes, thats the one. I'm going to apply at that company next week. I just need to finish out the month to get my commission check. I heard that David got screwed when they let him go like 3 days before the end of the month. No commission, fuckin Wayne and Dee. They always look to save a buck. To the future ex-eracers in management, don't put in your 2 weeks. I would quit on the last day of the month to get your commission check. Be smart!!!!!! I'm going to join David and Nate. Fuck these guys!!!!!! I get 2 possible conversions............so what. I'm out!
