come on, who are you really trying to fool? i believe it is the exact opposite with all the smiles, claims of financial freedom, group position of condoning intimate relationships among co-workers regardless of position, willingness to give up their personal time after hours to gather and socialize despite putting in a 12 plus hour workday, all the while washing and renting cars for a living with a college degree and an erac virtual mba in the horizon. with all being said, i say it is one happy group of individuals.

If you are the devil inside, then I am the devil outside. Do you know of anyone that not only hates ERAC but is on their way out? I'm talking in the next couple of weeks. I've got a pretty long list, full of management.

I seriously doubt your information. It is quite difficult from a psychological perspective to break completely away from a lifestyle and cult environment. They are all just talk with no action. Why would any human being leave a situation of financial security??????????? Only time will tell if any of the people you know will "make it happen", LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!

I start by asking the MTs how they think of the job, they give a unsure response. Right after that, I tell them straight up I hate the job, and I'm quitting as soon as I find another job. Then they open up and confess! lol I so hope I can leave soon! It all depends on the other companies I applied for...
