Yah Nate left a few weeks ago. I was talking to a fellow 06er and they told me it was only Nate running the branch. One was on vacation, the other sick, and the other off I assuming. Nate called around for help and no on would come help him. He had to ask his fiance Lianne to come help answer phones. The customers felt sorry for him because he had to get his fiance to work that day. I don't blame him for leaving. I'm glad he realized the truth, albeit the hard way.

Damn that fuckin company! Nate Matanane is the hardest working, kindest, most ethical boss I have ever had at ANY company. It was an honor to work with him. For all those Green Bleeders who always use the "couldn't hack it" line when people leave ERAC, you gonna say Nate couldn't hack it? I DARE YOU. ERAC chews people up and spits them out. Nate had a passion for his people and his customers and you could see the fire in his eyes and hear the love in his voice when he spoke to anyone. They lost one of the best the day he left. Good for him and Liane and Ari, they deserve so much better. Any one who has ever or will ever get to work side-by-side with Nate is lucky!

She is stuck in there and she is a classic reason why ERAC condones its employees fucking each other. It's excellent for retention.

Those people down at 06 are overworked man! Give credit where it's given - Koyu could just walk away just like Nate did but she's staying and holding it up!

Koyu is a hard and dedicated employee and she deserves credit for that no doubt, but it has nothing to do with ERAC condoning its employees fucking each other. If I owned the company and it was good for retention, I would turn my head and allow too.

It's all relevent to the ERAC way of life and culture. I certainly don't give a fuck about two individuals at peasant wages fucking each other, just bringing light to exactly how fucked up the corporate culture of ERAC is to even allow it especially in such a small group.
