I'm so thrilled they all saw the light! At least they got themselves to a managerial level, so they have the experience and skills for much better jobs out there!

They are full of shit. I don't understand why would individuals who claim to earn the mega bucks leave the world of ERAC for lesser pay and prestige.

I saw opportunity in 3604 for assistant manager, which means Terrence finally left the building...I'm waiting for the email of 3606 when Nate leaves! Nate was a great employee and deserves to be in a better company!

Good for Nate! I remember meeting him at AM training with bug eyes and he seemed like a good guy. It was about a week before I quit, but I had to go to the training so I could get my commission for the month. He seemed like he was pretty into it and I kinda felt sorry for him! Really happy he saw the light!!

I was speaking to one of Nate's MTs and from what Nate told them, JB and Julie got fired for performance issues. They were told by Wayne, if they couldn't get their numbers up, they could either leave or will be fired. And I remember Todd telling us that Julie retired at the good ol age of 40. Man, I sure can't trust him, but Nate is someone you can really trust.

Julie was a pretty smart businesswoman and she was raking in the dough when she was in ERAC so she probably has built a 6-7 figure portfolio enough to buy a nice home in a nice area in the mainland. I wouldn't dismiss the thought that she is at least semi-retired. I wish her the best of luck cause she is one haole that got along wit da localz.

I sensed a genuine individual when I spoke to her a few times. But JB resonated nothing good when I spoke to him and just seeing him.

You are way off base about stating, "pretty smart businesswoman". An employee working in a corporate environment with a system already in place is what she was. A businessman or businesswoman is an entrepreneur who starts their own business from the ground up all the way down to the basics of business structure whose survival is solely based upon his skills as an entrepreneur. An individual working in a system already in place is guaranteed to receive a paycheck. ERAC already has a market niche, identity, and a product in need.
