Many of you at the airport are very familiar with how Coach Wheeler at times calls you, "Come here dummy". This demeaning language towards you can also be identified as "hostile work environment". You folks need to ban together and file your complaints as a group. You will then see who the real dummy is and you folks will get the last laugh when you see him packing up when he gets the "you're fired" by Shogun Tanaka. Have you heard this one from him, "my future is in your hands".....well, in this situation, indeed it is!!!!!!!

Yes indeed, send the Coach packing. Remember, there is strength in numbers. ERAC, as fucking stupid as they are, can't ignore multiple complaints about the Coach.

I received my EEOC documents today in the mail at my post office box. We should all get together when completing these documents.

Wayne Tanaka should be ashamed of having Wheeler as an ARM for his group. Everybody in Alabama despises him.

If this does really go through...I'm going to feel sorry for him...for just a lil moment.

For individuals who have already terminated employment with ERAC or if any of you still keep in contact with individuals who have separated from ERAC and worked under Coach Wheeler and been victims of his abuse, you folks need to be aware it is not too late even though you are no longer with the company. The Federal EEOC side has a statute of limitation just shy of 1 year to file your complaint. It is based upon the date of the most recent incident you experienced with Coach Wheeler. It is not too late and you folks can still get the last laugh and potentially receive a monetary award as well. You folks need to emphasize the reason for you separating was solely based upon how Coach Wheeler treated you as a subordinate.

I don't know the ethnic backgrounds of the people involved in this case, but I am assuming Wheeler is white? I would use race in this since that can be very powerful when going after a prick like this. So my advice is to use race because it is as strong as a woman crying rape. Good luck to you guys in bringing this prick to justice.
