True words spoken my man. If race can be used as weapon, it can carry alot of punch. Coach Todd will look like the evil white man from Alabama oppressing the locals. White people are not trusted in Hawaii as a rule of thumb, and by the way The Coach carries himself, that will be evident pretty quickly.

For individuals who have already terminated employment with ERAC or if any of you still keep in contact with individuals who have separated from ERAC and worked under Coach Wheeler and been victims of his abuse, you folks need to be aware it is not too late even though you are no longer with the company. Are you guys seriously gonna retaliate against him? You guys aren't just bluffing on here to scare him? His underlings do check here. It seems majority people in gp36 are passive and scared of the upper authority. Scared that they aren't embracing ERAC mentality and culture, scared that they won't be able to rise up in the forsaken company. If its true, then I say kudos on standing up upon all the MTs who had to go through his way of managing. For a guy with a college degree and probably more brains than him and even in any proper work environment, you deserve no right to be verbally abused and belittled. good luck and keep us all posted!

It was quick, I just got home about an hour ago and it was already in my mailbox. There is quite a bit to complete from what I can see. We should all meet up and work on this together.

Most people crumble when the Fed starts any investigation and I'm talking about tough guys and Coach Wheeler definitely does not fit the criteria for a tough guy. He will fuckin' fold just like we've all seen him practically cry when he said, "My future is in your hands."
