Many of you are probably scared or reluctant for whatever reason to initiate a complaint, just analyze the whole situation ("big picture" in ERAC terminology) and consider that ERAC wasnt going to be a lifelong job to begin with so take the step and empower yourself. The best thing is for you folks to gather up more than one individual who have experienced the same demeanor from Coach Wheeler and file your complaints together.

I received mine yesterday in the mail only from the EEOC instead of the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission. Does it make a difference?

Question about the documents, did you mail your completed documents in or did you make an appt. with a case handler to review your documents?

You mail it in and the case worker assigned to your case will set up an appointment for you to be interviewed. I recommend mailing it via certified mail with a return receipt to verify acceptance.
