God, as if a 10 hour day isn't long enough they make you take an hour lunch. Man I used to think that was so upsurd. If you are working at ERAC and reading this site, you are definintely questioning your career. Get our while you can! Nobody is making any money in this company and it truely is a "failing enterprise". If you stay with this company you will go nuts and they will make damn sure that you don't have an ordinary life. ERAC can only grow so much which is why nobody is making any money anymore. How many branches here in Hawaii are barely breaking even??

This can't be true. They all claim to be earning huge amount of money and they always have smiles on their faces. They party like rock stars and they all appear to be living such a quality lifestyle. I don't believe your post, you are just a disgruntled employee who isn't on the "fast track" and you can't see the "big picture". Sometimes you just gotta dig down and "make it happen".

I agree! This site is only for losers who can't handle the real working world! Those that can and love it are the true future millionaires! Ahhh, the smell of green of money! Yes I'm bleeding green! Bleeding with money dripping out of my ass!! What am I kidding!? This company blows! I can't believe upper management forces us to lie to you all. Its so unethical! Even upper management doesn't make a lot of money. Why can't we be like Dollar/Thrifty and tell it straight up as it is instead of boasting big bucks for nothing. Why do we have MTs who are so brainwashed up the ass that they still continue to work hard even if they are in the worst place of all, the airport...Danimal comes to mind.

Unless you are lucky enough to work at one of the branches where you have to work for an hour for free because they make you clock out for an hour even though you don't get to take that break! Ya gotta love being in the big green force!
