To my Bruddahs and Titaz:
For whatever reason you choose to stay, please realize that you have nothing to fear if you leave. Whatever fear you have that keeps you stuck in that rut is all in your head. Is it because ERAC was your first job? Is it because you think you will one day make millions? Is it because you fear the unknown? What is it? Each and every one of you obviously has the brains and the skills to succeed in anything you want to do, so go for it. Don't worry about what comes next or how you will get there, just go for it. Imagine what you want, believe it will happen, and receive the gifts you asked for. Give no thought to how bad your situation is and focus all your energy on where you want to be and what you want to be doing. Doing the same thing, the same way, over and over, expecting different results is called INSANITY. ERAC is not going to change, so if change is what you want, be the cause of your own change. If you want to make millions, you will, but not at ERAC. If you want to live the good life, you will, but not at ERAC. Don't lose yourself in the game of waiting for the opportunity that will never come. 20% annual growth is a thing of the past for ERAC, so the only promotions you will see in your future are because of vacant positions, not from newly created ones. Don't trade your sanity, your self-pride, your family, your soul, for an empty dream. Watch or read "The Secret" and learn about the law of attraction. I believe it will help you realize that there is something much more powerful shaping your destiny than ESQi, and you are very much a part of that something.

excellent post hekiliko'olau, but you forgot a couple very important questions, which are........"are you afraid to give up the prestige and identity of your erac title" and "are you afraid you will not be able to retire at 40".

sorry, I called him out above and not at ERAC. It's 1:30pm on Wednesday and I'm sitting in my home office. I'm a pharm rep and decided to stay home and catch up on paperwork and study today b/c I didn't fell good.
