Are people getting fired or quitting? Its always time to get out of that hell home. The grass is greener on the other side. F Enterprise

I love how people get on here, say how there is a shakeup, but have nothing to back it up. What is really going on, or are you afraid your bosses will find out?

So, I have been gone over a year so I don't really know all that is going down. I have to laugh. ERAC must be hard up. I hear they are making the people that are leaving on their own work out their two weeks notice. That never happened back in the day!

I recently left and they asked if I would stay for 2 weeks. Of course I didn't expect that and already had a job lined up so I couldn't help them.

ESQi is in the sh!tter city-wide. They rode the a$$es of a couple managers, DR for sure was one, and drove them to quit. Other than that it is the usual turnover where you realize your life is going nowhere, you're not making money, and after 3 years at ECRAP you are still embarassed to tell people you work there.

I heard assistants at 54 and 44 left and a few MAs from 31 and other branches also improved their lives by leaving recently.
