I would like to hear valid complaints from ERAC workers. So, its long hours and the pay sucks! Welcome to reality. I will be real honest I dont know what all the hype is about...this job is an option. I dont bleed ERAC but I like my job and you get out of it what you put in it. We are a energetic crew and we have fun. I just dont know what everyone bitches about. We are all adults, quit ERAC or change your outlook on your job. If you cant make 80 for 3 months fuckin quit or transfer to a branch where you can. And if are a BCAM, sorry about your luck....too much work and not enough credit. I like my Area Manager, Jim, and Scott. Again, you get what you put in it. Most of the time they are fair. My only complaint is that when a customer complaint gets to area or above--welp there it goes. Why did I bust my ass on the front and back end of this deal.

If you are happy eating shit on the daily, thats cool. More power to you. I will agree with you with the fact that if you dont like what you do, then you should leave. I dont know who doesnt agree with you on that. But please believe I will be talking a lot of shit on my way out. Keep striving for that 90ESQI you ERAC drone, keep trying to get that carrot. You will get it eventually. |

If this job is an OPTION....Why are you still there? Grow up and get a real job. You do not make enough to take out a mortgage. Ever notice how many people that work for ERAC are renters or have room mates? Or how many of your managers have interest only mortgages? Here is reality. You get sick and you are in the hole at ERAC. You have no money saved since you do not make enough to be able to save.

I've always been told that the benefits of a job can sometime balance out or atleast offset the constant beating that is your everyday job. I'm just a lowly VSA and..I'm sorry but I feel like ERAC has the most poorly organized system of pay for car washers. Yea the job sounds simple...washing cars..but dam. If you're by yourself you're driving customers home and washing cars. They're supposed to have VSAs and drivers but I do the job of two for the price of one. They don't offer me full time because "more often than not once employees get on full time pay they quit soon after" and "it messes with our disability workers payment plans". garbage. I'm out in either the hot sun or the cold of winter. I honestly feel like a slave working there. I can't wait to get outta here within the next couple of months. I honestly would never recommend this job to anyone else...ever. Not worth it...even if anyone ever became an MT.

Young Lady, apparently you have never worked a F__ing day in your life. Yes, we accepted this sorry piece of garbage ,but we deserve better treatment as humans. Okay, let's face it, Enterprise is set up for entry level workers. Just look around at all the young faces at even the level three position. There probably be maybe twenty people that currently work at Enterprise that will ever retire here. They will definately not be in rental at the time. The bottom line is your life expectancy at ERAC is around a year. If you are strong enough. Please do not get pulled in to be let down!!!. It happens all the time.

I can almost guarantee that "itsme" is a 1-2 year employee with erac. I can also guarantee if he/she looks back it this post in 5 years they will comprehend the level of bullshit that they were fed, how overworked they were, what they missed out on in life, and how relieved that the only time they will ever will deal with renting cars will be on the other side of the counter waiting to counterstrike the ghost sell up, and call bullshit on the branches shadiness.
