Exit Interview

Anyone in this group ever had an exit interview? I am looking forward to mine.

That toilet remark was too funny. I had mine exit interview, you must go out with guns blazing. I was a little diappointed because HR guy kind of just absorbs body blows and really doesn't ask for clarification. I'm sure he hears the same things everyday from people leaving, but isn't smart enough to do something about it.

The HR gal that sat down with me actually listened for about 5 minutes when all of a suden her phone rings and she vanishes for a few, comes back and says she has to go.......yeah,right.
they don't listen to crap you say.
