1) there is no serverance package - They plan it so it is the last day of the pay period and your benefits end the very next day- So, they basically give you 6 hours to find coverages and such
2) they do not pay you for your full vacation and choice time. Choice time you get nothing at all. Vacation time they only pay the state minimuim. So for example, even though I was asked to change/cancel my vacation due to "staffing issues" and I like an idiot did so, when they decided to "last day me", I lost over 6 days that I earned. Guess that is where company loyality gets you.
3) they fight unemployment. Never mind you worked your ass off for them, let them stick it to you again.

I am sure I will have more to add. What a shady company!!!!!!!

And don't forget that it takes at least a year to get ahold of your profit sharing cash.

It only took 3 months to get my profit sharing from Erac. I guess it could be worse.
