I've been told our GRM makes $300k or so, and our RVP would be about 800k or so. can't verify it...but likely pretty damn accurate...level 4s are VERY well paid. __________________ "Book that deal!" "You said we're sold out!?!" "Don't question me kid!"

I really have a hard time believing those numbers. Here's why. When you're an MT or MA, you're always looking to become an Assistant. When you get promoted to an assistant, you realize you actually make less than the MAs that are in your office. So you strive to be a manger. You get promoted to a manager and realize that the "great money" that you thought managers make is only about $100/month more than you made as an assistant. Speaking from experience, promotions at ERAC are typically not opportunities to walk into lump sums of money. Now, I'm not saying that RVPs, GRMs, etc don't make good money. They do. We've all seen the neighborhoods they live in. You've got to make some dough to live in those homes. BUT, I'm thinking $800,000/year is REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY being generous.

I do agree that 800,000 a year is generous, however I know someone that works at an executive staffing firm and he verified income of an ex level 4 ee and he made 765,000. Maybe he was an exception, but who knows! Let's face it, getting to that level is like hitting the lottery though. Best of luck to anyone that wants to give it a shot!

Know what? I did a little research and really crunched some numbers. Just looking at what you can find about people in public files (thanks county auditor's website!), all the upper management in Columbus must be living WAY BELOW THEIR MEANS if we're going to start saying they make $700K+ per year.

I'm talking Canadian dollars, too! hehe 800k here is like 700k USD __________________ "Book that deal!" "You said we're sold out!?!" "Don't question me kid!"

Much more than they deserve. The last RRM did make 700K give or take a couple ten thousand or so. Not to sound like a broken record but a former asst. manager who got canned now works for an executive level placement firm and verified the salary listed earlier. The new guys probably make less.

700k a year MAY be true...I have no idea. But it sounds ridiculous and impossible to believe. RVPs and city managers don't have MBAs or any real credentials except that they stuck it out with Enterprise and "survived" the glory years of enterprise when it was actually growing. There is no need to pay them 700k a year! Would they quit if they only made 200k a year? Probably not, so why would enterprise pay it? Is it the carrot dangling from the stick that gives people hope? Maybe. I still think it's insane
