sale under 40 get canned!

What does people think of this new policy?

i hope so, in my old group if you sold under 70 you were walkin a fine line. damn i could sell 40 with out even trying. i average like 120 or so. dudu all you have to do is sell coverage not that frakin hard

I think it sucks.

This is an old school tactic that I can't believe they are trying again. When will the insanity stop. First of all, if they do choose to fire you they are doing you a favor, a really big favor. Second of all they can't fire half of the city or more when they are already screwed staffing wise. Brady, Chris, and all the Area Managers are using this tactic to save their own asses. It's not going to work!! Take a stand, call bullshit when you see it! They will piss in their cheap ass suits. Retention is at an all time low. The only way you could do worse than ERAC is to go door to door selling steak knives or something like that. After leaving ERAC I now work less than 40 hrs. Have an hour for lunch each day and if I work thru it I can take off early. Make more than I ever did as a manager. Have a much better life than before. Have a happy wife and kid cause daddy now gets home at 3:30-4:30 and can take him to the park and be back in time to eat dinner as a family. and do all this before you are rushing to the door at 6pm to lock the doors and close the blinds. Now you are coming up on winter time and it sucks at ERAC. Snow, cold, ice, frost, falling on the ice in the unheated garage, if you are lucky enough to work at an office that has one. If you like Erac then great!! If you are afraid they will fire you for under 40 then lie, cheat, and scam customer like they train you to do. Write it all off in the end like the countless number of trainees have done in order to get promoted. It works, trust me. Look at all the ARMS now, with the exception of the last two, they got promoted by default. There was no one else!!! Talk about falling ass backwards in to a promotion!! The choice is yours, it could happen to you too!! Of course you could work your ass off and sell your soul and get nothing out if it in the end. Feel lucky????????

its been two months now. Is anybody in jeopardy of losing their job?

You can not get FIRED from a position that they have a hard time finding a replacement for. I know people who sell less than that and do not sweat it.

When you see the first person get fired for bad sales, then you can start worrrying. Till then, I would consider this to be typical Enterprise BS. The only way to make management feel better about their OWN jobs being on the line, is to make others feel the same way.

Did anyone at 3800 may 40?
I highly doubt that any of them are going to get canned.

Bugt on a good note, i heard that "buddy" kid was leavin the big green machine..........and erac will be a better place.
