The real shocker was Nick Smart leaving. He had an eye for great talent. Most of the people he hired have moved on FAST!

Much love to Nick Smart!

Why would they show Nick the door, he was one of their fast risers. He went through ERAC like a hurricane. That dude was a terror. If they showed him the door...well that would be stupid. He was the man, man. Much love to NJS.

OK Lets not forget, NICK OPENED THE AIRPORT. THE AIRPORT IS THE CASH COW FOR CINCINNATI. I am sure the competition for that spot was intense, and who did they give it to??? hmmmm..... NICK F'N SMART!

Give respect where respect is due.

Now I hear that he opened satellite branches at two of his branches in his area. yea, that sucks. I bet those satellites were so poor that they are not even in operation anymore. They will be there forever.

Btw, I have been observing this one, not the on the jock laddy.

Yea, I love JR, he does not let us lose cars out of our area and everyone thinks we are jerks because of it.

Smart was OK, but anyone following Rensing would fall short. Rensing was great to work for. In fact I have liked everyone I've worked for except Mirus. He is ERAC's version of Hitler! Now I know why people quit their manager.
