| I resigned right about the time Rhonda was fired. I worked in her area, and Rhonda was nothing but fair and nice to me and the others in my branch. I can't speak for her personal performance...but she was with the company for 10+ years and was fired when she was about 7 months pregnant. I had no respect for Enterprise, but this decision merely confirmed my feelings. The numbers for her area were average and she had control of it for less than a year. To whoever said she was overpayed...what are you talking about? She was an area manager with 10 years experience...that makes her one of the old guard at ERAC...hardly deserving of being criticized |

| I wasn't saying Rhonda specifically was over paid. ALL Area Managers at ERAC are overpaid for what they do. Put their position at another company, and they would make a ton less. I'm kinda ERAC old school myself - I know how long RHonda was with ERAC, and she was the one who hired me in. But I didn't know she was 7 months pregnant when she was fired. Just another reason to hate ERAC! |
