Adjusters and Customers Don't you love when adjusters call you on three-way with the customer? So, you want to explain what's really going on to the adjuster, but you really can't because the customer is on the line, so you have to candy-coat the whole situation??? OR~~~~ When the customer has some issue with the rental, they immediately call their adjuster, who then calls you all pissed off and then not only do you have to take care of the problem, but now you have an adjuster to calm down. Why don't they just call the branch? WE can fix the problem, not your damn adjuster. They have jack to do with your rental car. |
