| Welcome to the Pittsburgh International Airport, a smoke free terminal. If you would like to be promoted fast then this is the place for you. However, you must oblige the people who can make or break you on a daily basis. Ah yes, the car prep. These are the people that you rely on to do their job so that you may do yours. I mean c'mon, how are you going to get that promotion if your branch is sitting a 99 and ESQi is down to 68. It's not going to happen people! This is mostly due to the fact that the CP's don't do their jobs. At least not as well as you'd like. |

| Brix if you are having problems with the car preps why don't you say something to George or Mike M. car preps are a dime a dozen and you have like 15 to 20 that work there if the car is not clean SEND IT BACK YOU CAN DO THAT and just 1 question , Do the car preps really know what is expected of them ? If you don't talk to them they will not work for you. |

| Talking to the preps is not a problem. Actually the relationship between preps, MTs, MAs, George, and Mike is relatively good. I was just simply pointing out this fact. See the preps at 46 tend to look out for one another. Just like the MTs and MAs look out for one another. The "Green Team" (preps at 46) does really do their jobs and for the most part pretty well. The point that I was trying to make is that if say a superior employee aggravates a member of the green team, then that individual will inform the rest of the team. This is kind of like messing with a wasps nest. If you irritate one you will be dealing with all of them. The rest of the team informed, will now have a greater awareness of that person that caused this irritation. Besides even if you wanted to you simply can't fire every prep at once. Dimes come in rolls my friend. |

| at least at 4046 you dont have to deal with as many deadbeats as at a branch and wash a million cars. and pretty much everyone has a credit card and you dont have to bend 100 rules to put them in a car and a day later go repo it.. haha.. either was you look at it its a no win situatuon.. your screwed anywhere you go in this company. |

| The car preps at 46 are the worst. They never do their job but still get paid for it. The hide behind the dumpster and smoke weed all day. Mike M is worthless in making them do their jobs. He can't even figure out that on Sunday when we have 190 returns why it would be a good idea to have more than 3 preps. Then on a typical Thursday when we have 130 returns he has about 10 of them. To the person that suggested that you tell the car preps to do their job, well that is a joke too. If you ask them to do anything, they stop doing everything. Its like walking on pins and needles so you don't piss them off cause if you do you will have a line of people at the counter and no clean cars. |

| Mike M is worthless! He has absolutely no concept of that is going on around him and his management technique is seriously lacking. I used to work at 46 and let me tell you, the things that go on are disturbing. A few years back, Mike M would pull a car prep aside and have him write letters for him. The poor kid had to practically teach him how to use his own company computer. It doesn't stop at letters either. I think the kids name was Mike too and there was another one. The rest of us called it "Blowin' Mike". Anyway, as I said, Mike M's management technique leaves a lot to be desired. From what I hear, he is now asking the Re marketing girls for help. He tended to Micro-Manage everything which is a sign of poor skills not to mention that the idiot couldn't keep a thought in his head. Just thinking of that guy's face pisses me off! |
