The Real Truth about GP40

Congradulations you all just got a raise for the Assistant Managers you now make the same a one week MT ( and you got your comission cut ) and for the Branch Managers you get a raise but you get your commisions cut as well. Oh and did I mention MT and Ma hours are now cut to 49 hours because of cost , you get forced to leave early , forced to take a lunch and forced to make less money because ERAC is too tight to just give a raise and expect to accutualy see the money. They are now putting high demands on everything people are more stressed than ever AND if they think retention is bad NOW just wait till about 3 months from now when everyone gets fed up and quits since this raise has gone into effect I have seen 6 managers and 5 asstiants start looking for work elsewhere because they have basicly taken the raise as a slap in the face GP 40 needs to get up with the times the only reason GP 40 got a raise is because ST. Louis realized how little they pay us other GP's such as 38, 68, 56 just to name a few all start their employees out at 35,000 or better and good ol GP 40 just got to 30,000 how pathetic. Keep taking that money away from everyone Mr. Nettles hopefully someone soon will sue you and nail you a** to the wall, then maybe you'll realize what it is like to be TOTALLY SCREWED !!!!

As a former employee all I can tell you is quit... I worked for ERAC for almost three years and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had as far as a work environment. Everyone on this web site bitches about policy and procedure and illegal activity or 'sleeping' to the top, when are you going to realize that ERAC was around before you and will be around after you. Absolutely nothing is going to change. When I was there I was so comsumed with ERAC that I was honestly in fear everyday of getting fired, and that if I did get fired that my life was going to end. You spend so much time working for the company that it rules your life and you honestly forget about everything else that is not enterprise. I was reading comments about people complaining that they are ONLY allowed to work 49 hours. Nowadays I am working 37 hours if its a long week and my base salary is more than my base plus commision as a branch manager. I would shit if I ever had to work a 49 hour work week. Quit ERAC and find a real job. ERAC is a joke, especially that they require a four year degree. ERAC only requires a warm body with a hand to pick up the phone. The reason you dont make much money is because you are doing work that a monkey can do. When you bitch that your friends are making more money than you, maybe that is because they are doing something that provides more to society than giving assholes keys to cars that you know they are going to bitch about no matter what. No matter what position you are in with ERAC, it all comes down to doggystyle, because you are all taking it up the ass from the man. GET OUT NOW!!!!!

excellent post i completely agree i too was a 3 year manager and was in yje same person as the poster..... and know i a do the same thing 37 hours and50 hours is a un heard of. i make 75k and work 30-25 hours in pharma sales after commissions and everthing.. here is why things have not changed and will not change.....ERAC IS A FORM OF IMBREEDING! I apologize for my spelling I wrote very fast. I work 30-35 hours and 49 hours is unheard of. As a branch mgr I worked 60 hours or more. I could not even fathom that anymore. It consumes you more then anything else I have encountered and for what? RENTING CARS TO SCUM! If you like sales,freedom, perks and money then pharma is for you if you can get in. Doctors are not easy to deal with either but at least they are educated. Not like bshop or dealership mgrs who are pompous assholes and think there someone special. Enetrprise created that which is their own fault. Enterprise legitiamized these people and they are mostly scum, not all but most.
