Rumor

I find it funny that everytime someone in the area quits everyone starts rumors about them. Even if they were the hardest working person in the area, somehow, someway people find a reason or a way to make them look like a bad person. It's a shame that when you work with someone they pretend to be your closest pal and talk all nice to you (especially your branch managers) because they rely on you to bust your ass and make their lives easier and then when youre gone "poof" you're instantly a terrible person and say that you were rude to all the customers or didn't work hard or how they just couldn't stand your personality. I think that you better take a look in your own mirror the next time you open your mouth and put someone down because you're no better than anyone else at this company. It's pathetic the level of disrespect and immaturity that remain here. It's a shame that the assistant, branch, and area managers talk down to the ma's and mt's and we're the ones that are doing all of the work. It's just terrible how you kiss my ass during the day just so I'll go pick up your fucking customer to get another one of your cars on the road to put more money in your pocket. Because me, I'm not working on commission, I'm not benefiting from this pick up... you are. Yet at the end of the day, or while you're in your office talking on the phone with your buddies, you're talking shit on me and gossiping the whole time like a little bitch. (ALOT of the guy managers are good for that in this group) Whether I do one contract or twenty contracts a day I'm still getting paid the same. You rely on me to get shit done and taken care of in the office so don't you think that you should be thanking me each night for getting the job done and putting more money in your pocket? shouldn't you be treating me with a little more respect because I'm the one that's running around daily, not taking the deserved and much needed lunch breaks just to get another one of your deals out there. I know you'll read this and mock it and disregard it but you better let it sink in the next time you treat your ma's and mt's like shit because without us your office would fail and you might actually be forced to get your lazy ass off of your chair and out of your office and do some damn work. I mean god forbid you actually do some work for your paycheck. Most of the managers are seriously underqualified and grossly overpaid.

Yep, the guys were then called no good assholes and were completely lazy and as for the girls they were obviously nothing but whores that did anything that they could to get promoted. Funny isn't it?!

If this is how your management treated you I feel bad. I am very thankful for all the work my employees do and I let them know every day. I wouldn't say they do more work or work more hours but yes they do write more tickets than me, which they should. I already know how to do it with proficiency and my MT's always get my regular waiver takers and I write more Fleet hits than them or get it put to my numbers. So don't act like everyone is like all your shitty managers that can't actually perform in this company. I do it every day and I never had an employee that hasn't thanked me for what I brought to their careers.
