A letter was sent to many branches in group 41 last week. The letter asked everyone to miss work on Jan 29th. It threatened Mr. taylor and his team to fire Kurt Marzolf, Erin Ashby, and Steve Vertesch and some other people or the person will start sending the mails to the news media, to every rental car competition out there, and every communication outlet.

He will show these communication media how enterprise rent a car is depriving its employees from lunch, personal time, and vacation. It also talks how Erac does not care about his people and the disaster DD has right now.

In the letter, this website was mentioned. The author wrote how, he was giving a copy of the letter to Failingenterprise.com. How do you like that Mr. Kay!!!

Now, Mr. Levine the GM of group 41 is so scared that he sent an e-mail to all his employees, telling them that all of the context of that letter was a bunch of lies!! He mentions how enterprise, values its employes and so on!!!!!

This is the first time, that Erac or at least group 41 has acted upon a letter!!!

This website factual posting is doing great damage to this company, to the point that the GM of the group had to send an e-mail.. Officers of this company are following closely this website, and it is working.

Erac officers are scared, and people are talking. Kurt Porceng you selfish Kidless bastard, I think ERAC will get more than 15 minutes of fame.

Kurt Marzolf, keep encouraging people to not take lunch, because it is against the law, and people are already implicating you, in encouraging this behavior!!!

Allan Levine, this ongoing problem is just the beginning of a media disaster that enterprise is about to endure!!! The Volcano has been getting filled up, for a long time, and now it is halve way thru. It might be a couple of years or it might be this year, when ERAC is involved in a bigger scandal than those of WALMART OR COKE.

It is about time he has answered. He has let numerous employees quit or get fired. Those who have "bled green" and taken one for the team. Alan has been responsible for bringing garbage like the current round of RVP's and newly introduced RRM's , all which are garbage who only want the ass-kissers to succeed. No matter what you are doing or have done if you dont kiss ass and attend their"holiday parties" or "elite dinners" you are looked at as garbage. When more Level 3's and below realize this and get the nerve to move on they will continue to be enslaved by these scumbags. Noone in this company cares for the employees, the founding values are utter nonsense because as I stated there are MANY people who were fired or QUIT, due to the bs being dealt out by these people in upper management thinking they are the holy grail of the business world. Nothing will be done. Mark my words , people like Alan and the new lackey that took Brians place do not care all they try to preach is how to keep everyone "bought-in". They need to con, and manipulate the employees to thinking this is the best place to work, that the job market has no openings, and that ERAC will provide them with a great future. All BS the quicker that the Lev 3's and below realize this the better they are. The reality is that behind the closed doors at these meetings, they are picking the best c'suckers to get promoted and even then , they make sure that they can spread the bs like they can.

Alan, Gary, the dopey RVP's, and the clueless slave RRM's all read this everyday. Espeically while sitting in their offices doing nothing but the usual barrage of endless annoying emails to the levels 3's who in turn dump it on the only "workers" left in the company the captured , brainwashed slaves BM/AM/MA and the lowest of the low MT.

Alan should start really monitoring the PDM's in place of this website, as I can tell you that as a BM I have yet to be out in the marketplace with my ARM, and my ARM/RRM and RVP do not even know all of my accounts. Alan how is it possible to build relationships with these business partners without being out and about? How many lies will you be told at the next PDM phone meeting you have, where people snicker as you talk over the loudspeaker and hit the mute button so you dont hear the laughter of the bs they are preaching to you? It may be that time to get out of the office and use the elevator like the one in your house to go out and see how these operations are really being run. How about quizzing you "team" of RVP's and see how many can rattle off the names of the Owners/GM's of your Dealership and Body Shop accounts. I'm sure you would be amazed.
