Who is this guy!!!

Vertesch is the area manager for branch 4142. He replaced Mr. Vickers as area manager.

Vertesch, was suppose to be Kurt Marzolf hope. In fact, Vertesch was the only hope for this region, But again, the ex-rookie RVP made another mistake.

Vertesch, came with all this bullshit about making Ass managers and Bran manager work even on their weekends off, until HR of the region found out about this decision and shut it off.

Vertesch claimed that this is how the "master" of disaster Renzol Roncal did it, and noone seemed to complain. What MR. Vertesch didnt realize, that at least Roncal had Charisma and wasnt full of himself.

Vertesch was suppose to overshadow MR. Vickers, however he has not.

It is incredible how MR. Vickers may had a bad summer and he was a brand new Area Manager, but at least he kept the fleet over 900 when he was area manager.

Mr. Vertesch is making money by rippin off customers, however, his Fleet is under 600 cars.

Yes people, the Miami Airport branch is under 600 cars at a time during the week. This guy has been so pathetic, and has overworked his team so much, that he does not know how to bring the fleet back up.

The funny thing, is that we are in high season, and the airport should have a fleet of 1500.

This guy actually thinks that he is the shit. He thinks that people should come to him and kiss his ass. Well, MR. Vertesch, you are an experience area manager, why is your fleet so low? You are the hope for this branch, where is your ESQI?

Steve, where is the balance you are suppose to keep to help your region win a President Award this year. I mean, you only have 5 months to deliver, or this will be the first time since Brian Mogauro took power, that region DD does not win a President Award.

You are suppose to be a veteran area manager. If so, why is it that everytime I talk to you and ask you about a specific car that is in your parking lot, you have to go outside? Vickers knew his fleet. Why you dont know yours.

You are so busy taking 1 hour lunch with one MT and hiding from the true fact that you cant handle the airport. You should be asking Vickers how to bring your fleet up. He knew how to do it during the slow season. Maybe he can help.

Vertesch, you are an asshole, you have always been one. You will not succeed because your people does not believe in you.

And to MR. Marzolf, you should bring Claudio Castellon to the table, he is your only hope.

Uh, that's the game. How do you think he is gonna get promoted and support his wife and kids without brown-nosing a little. At least on the other side of things he genuinely does care about his people. It's a tough balancing act with pressure from the top and your people on the verge of burning out, but he does a good job, even with DD still not giving him the staff he needs. Vertesch is a big j-off. He is very arrogant and cocky when he shouldnt be. He has no business sense, no personality(only if douchebag counts) and cannot bring anything to the table for his employees.

Brownnosing and a$$ kissing are the only way to get promoted in this company, if you cannot look to your higher ups and lick their a$$ even when they are ripping you, or you know they hate you , there will be no promotion for you. It is like a game for them, and the new RRM's make it even harder because now you have to get it from both ends.

Vertesch is the biggest asshole I have ever met. First off all the guy is dumb as a stump. (although he thinks he is a wizard). He thinks all the ladies want him. (all they do is laugh behind his back). Vertesch sucks ass to all the higher ups as he was taught to do by Fat Mitch, Dickhead Bradway, and Gay Renzo. it wil eventually catch up to him that he knows nothing about our business. He will be fired and ERAC will have to deal with a lawsuit sooner or
later.
Vertesch get a grip on life. BE respectful to people. Dont act/think your shit dont stink because brother it does. you cannot go through life acting like a complete asshole. Someone is going to knock your block off one day..
