The firing of Holly was a surprise, however, more firing is expected. The current game Mr. Levine and his crew are planning is as follows. They will get rid of most of the "old" area managers in the group.

The pablo varona's, of the company have a target in their back and they know it. These area managers are making top money and group 41 will get rid of them. This old area managers are making from 4 to 7 percent on their commission pay, and after doing some restructuring up in 4199 they have realized that there are younger people willing to do the job for 1% or 2. Depending on the area manager.

It will be very interesting to see who Erin is going to fire. I mean, if you put Erin and Renzo right next to each other, Renzo is doing the right thing under Erac or Levine eyes.

Erin needs to start doing some firing, because it is the story of the game. She needs to clean house the same way Renzo is doing. Good Luck Erin.

Even though I talk lots of shit about this lady, I do have to give credit where credit is due. Erin will never fire anyone so easy as Renzo did. Erin has a little bit more heart. However, she will make you quit with her naggin!!

Now, what bothers me the most about Renzo is the simple fact that he could have just transfer Holly to another area, because usually area managers also get burned out. It is a pity that she wasnt given that opportunity.

It is a pity that Renzo out of all people did not use another technique rather than firing such a devoted person.

I just dont understand why, Renzo didnt provide a second chance to this girl the same way, he was given when he started stealing from the company during Bradway era.

I mean he was the pioneer of being a flake, when he used to change the Vin numbers and the make and model of the cars to fit the dealer contract, while the customers were driving a neon. He was given another chance when Mitch was bought out, by bradway to help keep Renzo in the company.

I can talk about all the shit that Renzo did during his era as an area manager. He was the Pioneer of giving everyone The famous GRILL test to all of his MT's so they can pass it.

I mean everyone at the airport grill so well ( Grill is a nickname for a test required by Erac to be passed, before someone becomes assistant manager) because everyone has all 4 type of test available. Renzo was the one who provided this MT's with this information. Today, they still use it.

Renzo is what Andy Taylor wants. A ruthless person, that knows how to play the game, be a cheater, and dont get caught. Renzo has never done anything by the book, and now he is firing people that are working harder than ever to make him happy.

You know what Mr. Taylor, you will always be a Billionare, and your kids as well. But by you playing a blind eye to all this situation, you are Shitting on your fathers credibility and ethics. Everytime there is an unjust action in your company, your father's founding Values has none importance and it is worth nothing.

Mr. Taylor, I just wish that you would listen to the cries of your people and the people that are working for you. You dont need nothing else in this life, but to maintain the good name that your father has given you. Protect it and embrace it, your father deserves it.
