Noone cares, we the BM's and below are the garbage for this company, why sdo you think everytime we say we wanna quit they try and reel us backin? They need us (for the lack of a better term, SUCKERS) who stay because we are used to this crap job,. To get to Arm is difficult above that near impossible, just look as the asshat RRMs we have right now. Or better yet look at the arms some who have been here for almost 10 years who are not going anywhere but shopping when they should be working. I applaud them, they know the company is bs. They know that no matter what they do they will not be priomoted unless they catch a "miracle break" This place was probably good to work at 10 years ago when they were hurting, now its just the burger king of rental. How many new phone speeches will we have to recite? How many more phony get togethers must we have to supposedly "appreciate us" when meanwhile "WE" are paying for it? I stay because its an easy paycheck for the little work I do, it is becoming frustrating tho since the checks are shinking and better opportunities have been presenting themselves daily, so to you Mr Levine, congrats omn your millions you earned off us suckers, and the fools you and your lackeys promote who in the real business world would get eaten alive. Just ask a few of my accounts what they think of the Arm/RRM and maybe RVP(if he has even been there).
Getting back to the topic tho, you should turnon this feature, Im sure you would find it quite amusing, maybe when you tracked down my arm you could ask what he was doing in walmart for about an hour, or better yet, why he is taking his "account" aka. wife/gf/friend for a free lunch on my OP.
