I would put a call in to Dave Nestor and Ed Adams at the corporate office (St Louis also). Dave is the Senior Vice President over the South East Groups which 41 is a part of. Ed is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Both of these guys will talk to you and will launch and investigation. I seriously doubt you have a court case, but it would help future employees if your Regional Vice President was looked at closer. If he did nothing wrong there is no harm no foul. If he did Corporate will actually be grateful and maybe in a bout 7 months you will here is had left the company. I understand they will reprimand wait a few months and then release, unless it is very serious offense.
