No one uses their real names here. No one provides ticket numbers here. USA Today and Newsweek both said this site has major credibility holes. The Admin has posted both articles. Feel free to read them yourself.

But the biggest knee-slapper here isn't the "Fuck You" shouting matches or who is the best screw in Group 57. No.

It's people like you, Wade . . . or wade wade . . . or wade-wade, or whatever you call yourself.

You honestly, deep-down believe you're making an impact. I'll bet right now you're thinking: "Hey! This asshole is saying this site and my posts aren't hurting ERAC! That must mean I'm getting to them!" It might not be your exact thoughts, but I'm betting I'm somewhere in the ball park.

I mean if this website was just a stupid not to worry site, then why the lawyers of ERAC in St. Louis communicate with the owner of the webiste. If my posting were not hurting someone locally or statewide, then why we have the HR deptarment of DD, EE, FF and every Area manager in the city, opening the pages of this website as a routine.

Personally, I write because it is fun. Fun to see people tell the truth of this company and what is happening out there in different regions.

I must agree with you that it is a form of gossip, but this website has become a place where people bring their frustration out and rely on this website to keep those abusive managers as Renzo Roncal, Kurt Marzolf, Erin Ashby, Pablo Varona, Vertesch, and so on.. on check.

Once you get to my level, you know that I make good money, exercise the abuse I feel to any employee, and save money on gas by giving it to my families and friends, and a car.

The only way to leave this company is by the way of getting fired. Which will be very difficult because there are many Officers of the company that think that I am a guy that used to work for ERAC. Some others think that I am Pablo Varona, Alberto Ibarra, Kurt Moscoso ( Kurt Buger) and DAvid Kramer. Some others think that I am Rubio, and so on.

So as long as there is uncertanty of my identity, I will not get fired.

not evoke nor re-act to Mr. Futch's assault, I was terminated.

I could have been seriously harmed, there was no protection for me while
at work, and now they have terminated him, so I could be confronted by
him again.

To make this worse, my confidentiality has been violated because Kurt
Marzolf announced to my office that I was terminated before I was even
notified of this decision. I have not been "officially" terminated
because I still have the exit interview tommarrow.

My rights have been violated in many ways from this event:

1. I was physically assaulted while at work.
2. Enterprise provided no protection for me, nor did they file a police
report.
3. I was "terminated" with no explanation.
4. I have been embarrassed by Mr. Marzolf's choice to breech my
confidentiality.
5. My professional image is tarnished.

The decisions management made in this event do not follow the
Enterprise Internal Business Practices and Ethics because Management
failed to provide:
1. A healthy working environment.
2. An environment free from intimidation and harassment of any sort.

Again, this is all this site is. And yes, it does serve as a cathartic release. But, again, it doesn't keep them in check. Two years ago I worked with Todd Broadwater, Tatiana Heredia, Christian, Anwar, Olcott . . . all of them. They know about this site, too. We used to look at it. Didn't do anything . . . even when their names got dropped. This is because they're making sick amounts of money. Until this site starts hurting people's wallets, trust me, they ain't gonna give two shits about what's written here.

Wade, you won't get canned. They cannot find out who you are. They'd have to have your IP address. If you can't see it now, neither can they. And to get your IP address, they'd need a court order. Again, this is material the Admin of this site has said repeatedly. He has a link all about it on the front page.

Other than that, they'd need some pretty sophisticated software to dig into FailingEnterpriseAdmin's network and get you IP address.

But something tells me they've got better things to do.

Wow, that was very impressive. You see, i know you are an officer of the company. Now, I know you dont work in Florida you are too smart!! You are from St. Louis that it is even worse.

You sound very sophisticated to me, and you can put on your little show with pasting every paragraph that I wrote. I must admit that your writing does making business sense.

However, can you explain why erin ashby stop saying these words " drink a lot of water, because your pee smell better" I mean she does not say does words, after I revealed it in the internet.

Or why Allan Levin send an e-mail to group 41 about letters being sent to the branches, (even though it wasnt me) if this website was not hurting them.

Or why Renzo Roncal stop screaming to all his branch managers when he fired Holly, and this website was an exclamation point of his ass attitude. He has stopped, even though I have heard that he is be back being an ass.

So Mr. Marzolf, or St. Louis exec, as long as one person changes then it is worth it. and remember, if " If I can change, You can change, I You can change the world can change, and if the world can change we all can change"

I would like to also add, that right now there is an exodus of employees resigning from EE DD FF. I know in my mind this website is the reason for this. People are opening their eyes!!

You say that the website is mostly read by people that are happy with their job, but I am the only one happy with the job. It cannot be that the 18k ips are happy with the company
