Z41AA, probably like most other regions in the company was the most dis-organized piece of shit ever. I was a BM there and saw admin running around like they just woke up next to Boy George.... Lets stick to the facts...Linnell, yes he dated a rhinocerous, and knocked up and elephant....(yes, this is true..was told personally by her, aka "the wet cave") ...not to mention the fact that the guy is just a whining, crying baby...fucking couldn't stand that guy when we were both BM's in the same area....(yeah matt..you know who this is..) ERAC is a revolving door...from MT's to RVP's...all you blind retards see it every day...take a hint and move on...there's sooo many better positions out there....

p.s. I worked for Tyler...just another big pussy that took it in the ass like the rest of us do/did....

Hutch came from California not Orlando.

Another driver got a ticket for "failure to display a registration" on an ERAC car he was moving to the west lot. The cars that are moved frequently have the wrong plates on them, have bald tires etc...Why can't this billion dollar company avoid these problems by properly registering cars and vans?

Also this billion dollar company who had record profits last year have now decided that all drivers must take an extra 15 minutes for lunch..to save ERAC money!!!!! They go after the lowest paid workers to save money. How much did that drug/drunk fest cost in Orlando?

I am sad to day that today, i have to quit (wow, what a way to do it!) I no longer believe in the values of enterprise( who does....they are shit!) I must say one thin first!!! I am not quitting my manager-Ken Milliard--I am quitting his bosses! Ken, I would work with you anywhere! You are an awesome boss. (WOW, what is openning in his area?) I believe that region A is in need of a great overhaul (girl, what part of this company doesn't??) I noticed at the managers meeting in the keys we are the only region not to have team spirit and employee moral. We are too big! We are broken into the north part and the south part (really, is this true?) of the region. Rooneys anyone?? (what??) I am quitting after Hutch proved our companies values by letting a 5 year employee quit after refusing to give her personal time off for a family emergency. Hutch, ever read our benefits book? Emergencies don't require notice! (wow, lawsuit anyone? heehee) I was there when it happened, I was lending my friend a shoulder to cry on for her emergency. (sure, you were!) But lucky for him,this emergency happened to be around the same time that she wasn't able to put in for a promotion!! (what, did you not sleep with Hutch...thats how promotions happen..duh!! ) HUH, good excuse for you uh, Hutch? Is that what you told Austin? Austin, shame on you for not contacting this employee to make sure everything was ok. (what is he your dad?) This employee had perfect attendance record (really, who loves enterprise that much??) Check with HR on that! Also I just want to tell region A what motivates me, since none of the upper management ever felt the need to ask me what motivated me! (really, who cares...are you making money??) Ken--excluded! (who is this Ken guy...sounds like someone I would like to work for!!) Ken, did everything possible to make sure that I was ok. He questioned me numerous time to make sre that I wasn't quitting---Ken I am sorry that I had to lie to yoU. I really am! (Wow, Ken are you sleeping around?? That is how enterprise makes people loyal!!) Region A, lunches 2 hours away from me, don't motivate me! I don't wat to have to miss a day, so you can say good job over a one hour lunch! Just give me the day off or more moey! (that motivates everyone...duh!) I know what doesn't motivate me, watching people get promoted that don't deserve it, but do hang out with Hutch. Hutch, I know you don't like me due to the fact that I open my mouth ( current example included)--(right, honey---you open your mouth and not your legs!!! duh!) Hutch, stop being fake! Everyone knows that you back stab. And your management style of interrogation is not motivational or a way to show concern.-------Wow, holy shit! how many offices did this hit? Has Hutch started that gay United Way crap yet?? I remember when i worked there (ARM) he made us tackle our employees for money. I had to finally tell him, look you pay these people .50 cents more then the preps and you want me to ask them for money for a charity? They are the damn charity.
