41AA (What? You Guys Thought We Wouldn't Talk?)

I really think the biggest pieces of crap that work and have worked for Enterprise are Ashley Snell (AKA Knee Pads to Shaun Berguson and Matt Linnell) and Matt Paul enough said, what a dumb ass this loser is.

Apparently it is a common thing for employees to go out with other employees. Its even common for branch managers to "hang out" with their employees. I lost a husband to Enterprise and all their "happy hours" My only advise to you is that your better off- because most of the people that are wrapped up in the whole thing are lost themselves.
Its a hard thing to lose someone you love- even harder when its to a job- but stay positive...their is someone else better for you in the long run

I'm only 23 but I'm already an officer in the military, and am just about done with my master's degree. What is he offering? I've treated her perfectly for over three years, cooked for her; we traveled all over the country; hiked the Grand Canyon, went to the Carribean- and never even thought about cheating on her, even though I'm in a college town with about 30,000 girls aged 18-24. Does anybody have any advice or know anything about this??

Wow, This blows me away! How true it all is. I have seen people come and go some fired some wised up. This has been by far the worst region in the group. Hutch is a tool and the new guy Austin is by far the biggest ass there is. All they do is lead by fear. I am so glad I am not dealing with that anymore. Oh and all of you talking about Ashley Snell well she could not make it in rental so they did the same for her that they do for everyone else that kisses their ass. Look at Jason Baugh hell that guy could not do anything but screw up and now they found him a new region to screw up. It really blows me away. Hey how about they try something new. Take care of their employees and promote based on the numbers not who's got the bigger nose up corporates ass!

I have to totally agree about the management in the region. What a bunch of F'ing Morons. They try to save people left and right that kiss there asses. Like the HR person Mary, she was a failure in rental and since she kissed so much ass they put her in admin. Hutch is a total tool, but Austin has been great so far. Anybody hearabout what happen on the HR cruise that just happen last week. Who banged who?

Well I stopped bleeding green months ago...But from the few friends I have still with ERAC the orgy cruise was in full effect!!! AS hr had a few late nights on the boat. I heard KT one of the managers at 39 needed some knee pads on the boat! And there were numerous other drunken bangings going on according to 2 current erac employees. 41AA is the laughing stock of the company from top management on down nothing but who you know and who you blow. I am glad I left AA when I had the chance!

Alot has happened since i last logged on. To actually think that i missed enterprise...It is the messages above that makes me feel so much better for getting canned. Really, don't get me wrong the rumors that go on are really entertaining. Lets be honest here, i am no VIRGIN when it comes to rumors but i always used a couple lines to block them away, "Prove it, or I have know idea what you are talking about" can you actually imagine how fun it would be to actually prove some of these rumors. As one can see, i don't care if people know who i am...i think it is funny that people don't use there names or int. when posting a message. If all you have is Enterprise then i feel sorry for you. Why hide????? Are you afraid of the people you talk about. Are you afraid of getting fired???? Come on i think i proved it takes alot to get fired.....That is what this board is all about, to get things out. However, if i mention names then i let everybody know who i am and why i am talking about them....99% of the time it is true too. Off the subject i think i should write a book about my enterprise experience. I would have to use fake names though....i believe it could be a best seller=)....I just would have to have a real good editor b/c we all know that i cant spell or put together a good sentence together.....ok keep the rumors "cuming" i need to get caught up on all the dirt.....and I know that there is some out there too.

Yeah, there are some great people here. But you don’t stay at a demeaning, low-paying job just b/c of all the good times you share. And these “good times” you speak of, are you talking about washing cars, getting shit on daily by the customers and upper management, or is it being force fed propaganda? Could it possibly be the 55-60 hour work weeks or how they lied to us about our [insert laugh] pay? Just curious.

This company is nothing but liars, cheats and snakes. You think Enterprise cares about us . . . that they give a rat’s ass about you?! This job does not require much intelligence. A high school kid could do it. Some of the preps could, too. To be honest, there’s not much intelligence floating amongst the Enterprise family.

Look at the retention of this place. How many people have you see quit? And don’t say “they couldn’t hack it.” Just b/c you can hit your hand with a hammer doesn’t mean you do it.
